Shipping
The Majority of our shipped orders do come with confirmation/tracking numbers and some will require a signature!
There is different methods of shipping orders but shipping timeline also depending on where you live, we will insome cases eat some of the shipping costs inorder for you to get the product quicker!
There are several different ways of shipping the product to you, if you require faster shipping please contact us before you place an order and we can give you an estimate on shipping costs.
Like all places the more you pay for shipping the faster you will get the item, we do automatically provide free shipping on orders over certain amount spent as well!
Typical Shipping is anywhere from 1-4 business days depending on where its being shipped from and where you are located; this can vary.
For our overseas customers will expect shipping within 10 business days.
Again, if you want faster service or a unqiue shipping methods please let us know!
Due to creditcard fraud and other fraud attempts in the past some payments can only be made via Money Orders, Western Union, MoneyGram are accepted, just contact us first to make arrangements!
To protect all parties involved against fraud attempts we will ONLY ship to the confirmed/validated adress that matches the billing information provided!
- If shipments need to be shipped to a 3rd party address, this will delay the shipment until we can get confirmation from the billing customer!
If you are outside North America, your shipping is typically done via registered air-mail or an EMS style of shipping, since this is a cheaper way to ship the package rather than the big 4 courier companies, but upgrades to a more expensive courier is possible just contact us!
Refunds and Returns
We typically do not accept returned product.
If the product is defective we will exchange it!
Refunds are subject to a process fee depending upon the condition of the product
All warranties are Return To Base. Therefore it is your responsibility for payment of all shipping costs for any returned items.
If the returned product is verified faulty, it will be replaced or repaired. If the item is no longer available, an equivalent or higher quality product will be sent back to you
If the returned product is verified as working 100%, it will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. You are responsible for all return shipping costs
Refunds: Since most of the item(s) sold require installation and modification of products you own we do not accept returns - however all products come with a 30 day warranty, there will be exceptions to this, and will be noted on those exact items
No software returns as all software is a DLC including license agreements!
Warranty
We DO NOT take back defective product that is older than 30 days warranty (unless the mfg has extended the warranty period). We have made arrangements for an extended warranty; since the manufacturer of these items do not offer a longer warranty.
