Micro Sim which are now found in some of the newer mobile devices such as the Iphone 4G and Ipad units but if you wish to use those micro Sim in other Sim phones or original Iphone phones then you need this adapter.
Beware alot of mobile carriers retailers will insist on charging you for transferring your micro Sim to a regular Sim or charge you a price of another SIM. But no more; just use the Micro Sim adapter and now you can use your Mobile Micro Sim in a regular Sim mobile devices!
